Technical specification performance of glass-lined equipment

1.Design pressure
Glass-lined stirring vessel: the design pressure in the vessel is less than or equal to 1.0Mpa, and the design pressure in the jacket is less than or equal to0.6Mpa.

Glass-lined storage container: the design pressure is less than or equal to 0.6Mpa.
Glass-lined distillation vessel: the design pressure in the vessel is less than or equal to 0.4Mpa, and the design pressure in the jacket is less than or equal to 0.6Mpa.

2.Set tempreture

Glass-lined stirring vessel: The temperature of the medium in the vessel and jacket is higher than -20°C and less than or equal to 200°C.
Glass-lined storage container: The temperature of the medium in the container is 0°C to 150°C.
Glass-lined distillation vessel: The temperature of the medium in the vessel and jacket is less than or equal to 200°C.
Glass-lined equipment resistance to rapid temperature change: cold shock, 110°C; thermal shock, 120°C.

3.Glass-lined layer thickness
The thickness of the glass layer of the glass-lined equipment: 08-2.0mm when VN≤5000; When VN> 5000L, 0.8-2.3mm;
The thickness of the glass layer of the glass-lined equipment accessories: 0.6-2.0mm.
4.Withstand voltage
Glass-lined glass has good insulation, and the thickness of the glass layer is within the specified thickness. When the glass layer is inspected with a 20KV high-frequency electric spark, the working surface is not conductive.
5.It has a smooth and clean surface and is easy to clean.
